Short Bio

Stress management, relaxation and awareness are the matters I care about the most.


After tailoring journeys which mainly focused on Hatha Yoga for many years, my interest shifted more and more towards relaxation techniques, mindfulness and mental training in the world of sports. This is why I decided to train at the best schools, both nationally and internationally.


I am currently completing a degree in psychology and studying Tibetan Buddhism, following the Mahayana tradition. I also regularly take part in meditation retreats and training courses, which allow me to challenge myself and create increasingly useful paths aimed at achieving a state of general well-being.
